Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method selected.

Whilst we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action or other unforeseen events.

Piccolina & Co Ltd cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

12. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.

13. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the delivery address provided.

Ownership of the goods remains with Piccolina & Co Ltd until full payment has been received.

14. Returns Policy

We hope you love every purchase from Piccolina.

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Be free from perfume, smoke, pet hair, make-up, washing powder or any other odours or marks.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you.

15. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item.

16. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process your refund.

Original delivery charges are only refunded where required by law.

17. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Customers are responsible for return postage when requesting an exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

18. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

19. Sale Items

Sale items are offered at reduced prices and are therefore excluded from our goodwill returns policy unless otherwise stated.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a sale item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you remain entitled to the remedies available under UK consumer law.

20. Christmas Returns

To make Christmas shopping easier, we may offer an extended returns period on selected purchases made during the festive season.

Where applicable, the qualifying dates and return deadline will be clearly displayed on our Website.

Items must still meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy  

21. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or customised items.
• Gift cards.
• Earrings and pierced jewellery.
• Any item marked as non-returnable.
• Products that have been worn, washed or altered.

22. Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns where items are returned:

• Without original tags.
• Showing signs of wear.
• With stains, marks or damage.
• Smelling of perfume, smoke or other odours.
• Outside the stated returns period.
• Without prior agreement where required.

Where a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer.

23. Pre-Orders

From time to time, Piccolina & Co Ltd offers customers the opportunity to pre-order selected products before they arrive in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for dispatch and agree to the following terms.

Deposits

Customers may choose to pay either:

• the full purchase price; or
• an approved deposit where offered.

Where a deposit option is available, the remaining balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.

We will contact you when your goods are ready for dispatch.

If payment is not received within 14 days of us contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order. Any deposit paid may be retained in accordance with this policy.

Supplier Delays

Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided by our suppliers and are intended as a guide only.

Whilst we always aim to meet these dates, delays outside our control can occur.

Piccolina & Co Ltd cannot accept liability for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors or couriers.

Cancellations

As pre-order items are purchased specifically for customers, cancellations are not normally accepted once your order has been placed.

Where we agree to cancel a pre-order, an administration fee may apply and any remaining balance may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

If a manufacturer cancels production of an item or is unable to supply us, any payments made will be refunded in full.

24. Payment Plans

We are pleased to offer payment plans on selected purchases.

By entering into a payment plan you agree to the following:

• Payment plans must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Goods remain the property of Piccolina & Co Ltd until paid for in full.
• Items cannot be collected or dispatched until full payment has been received.

If payments are missed without prior agreement, we reserve the right to cancel the payment plan.

Where a payment plan is cancelled due to non-payment, all deposits and instalments already paid are non-refundable.

Items purchased under a payment plan are sold at the agreed purchase price.

Future promotions or discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

25. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Piccolina & Co Ltd may only be redeemed on eligible purchases through www.piccolina.co.ukunless otherwise stated.

Gift cards:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be used to purchase another gift card;
• cannot normally be replaced if lost or stolen.

Where a purchase made using a gift card is refunded, the refund will normally be credited back to a gift card or store credit.

26. Promotional Discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Unless otherwise stated:

• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• discount codes cannot be used retrospectively;
• selected brands or products may be excluded;
• promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to refuse promotional codes where misuse is suspected.

27. Klarna

Where available, Klarna payment options are offered subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions.

Eligibility is determined solely by Klarna.

Piccolina & Co Ltd has no control over Klarna's lending decisions.

Late payment may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

Please ensure you understand Klarna's terms before choosing this payment method.

• logos;
• branding;
• text;
• product descriptions;
• videos;

is owned by or licensed to Piccolina & Co Ltd.

30. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

• delays caused by third parties;
• events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased unless otherwise required by law.

• transport disruption;
