Welcome to the website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Piccolina has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Product pictures and particularly colours are as accurate as our website allows.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.

We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, but please note that all content, materials and information on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis and you assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and use of all information contained within it.

Piccolina will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.


Piccolina may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We always try to make sure that the prices on the website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

Piccolina is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise that is scheduled to ship at a future date. You may Pre-Order Merchandise in one of two ways:
You may pre-order merchandise directly from our website or by calling our boutique. You can choose to pay in full at the time of preorder or pay a deposit.

 If ordering online, you have the option of paying either a 25% deposit or a 50% deposit  (your choice) on the items you wish to pre-order by using the coupon code PREORDER25 (for a 25% deposit) or PREORDER50 (for a 50% deposit). If you do opt for the deposit option, the remaining balance will be owed at the time your items are shipped to you. We will contact you for this payment and need to hear back from you within 2 weeks or you may forfeit your deposit. Your items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, and because as our inventory is purchased, we re-order available stock,  canceled Pre-Orders will be charged  a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be put towards an "in-store credit."

We will always do our best to exchange sizes for you when the size you preordered doesn't work and if your size is unavailable, we will  exchange your preorder for other same season or prior season merchandise without any cancellation fees.

In stock items placed with a preorder will be considered a separate order and shipping prices will be adjusted. In stock items will ship immediately and cannot be held to ship with preorders.

If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit.

We are not responsible for Pre-Orders/Reserve Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the expected delivery date up through 30 days later than expected to still be "Acceptable & On Schedule".

Recommendations/Other items you may like

When you use our website, you'll see that we offer you recommendations/other products you may like, showing products we think you might like and could perhaps miss when you're browsing the site.

These are based on your past purchases, top sellers, ratings and recently-viewed products. We determine your interests and suggest new products you may like; additionally we compare your interests and buying habits with the interests and habits of other customers, to show you relevant products.

Your recommendations may change when you make a purchase and move around the site. You might like to add products that interest you to your wish list for future reference.

We take reasonable care to ensure our recommendations are in line with your behaviour as a customer on Details of the products we recommend - such as price - are correct at the time recommendations are originally made to you, but can be subject to change without notice. 



We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
  • We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from
  • Once your product is completed from our store we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Discounts

  1. gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods on our online store.
  2. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
  3. If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit for you with, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
  4. If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. You may also return goods to our piccolina store. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Promotional discounts

Coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via unless otherwise stated. Such promotional discounts are not valid for use as part of a purchase in our Piccolina Childrens Wear store, or for telephone orders.


Intellectual property and right to use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a Purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Payment plans - Terms

All customers have 4 -  8 weeks to pay off there plans. if we are not notified regarding an extension of our plan (if needed) via all orders will be canceled & deposits & payments will be lost that are non refundable,  once a payment plan is started you are purchasing the items at a fixed price, if any offers or discounts are applied to the items in the near future your purchase would be exempt from the promotional offer price.
Exchanges, refunds & cancelations on payment plans
Please Note we DO NOT refund on any payment plan orders. We are happy to exchange an item once receiving your goods within 7 days.
Once taking out a plan you are committing to your order, we do not accept any cancellations or transfers of deposits on other goods. If you do wish to cancel your items, your non refundable deposit will be lost.
